Client Services Specialist
($24.25-29.09/hour – based on experience)

What Will You Do?
- Develop an understanding of the customer service functions by performing the day-to-day duties in the accounts, administration, underwriting and claims departments
- Assist customers with billing questions, account updates, coverage questions and concerns, and filing new claims
- Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers
- Maintain knowledge of current customer service web-based industry standards and best practices
- Research and resolve complex customer service issues promptly and professionally
- Assist other departments processing tasks as needed
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Maintain customer service productivity and quality standards with measurable results
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements
Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of P&C insurance industry customer service experience
- Property & Casualty Insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days from hire (paid for by Badger Mutual)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to think outside of the box to develop creative solutions for the customers’ needs
- Excellent active listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask using technology
- Strong organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills
