Report a Claim
If this matter involves a fire, serious injury or requires
immediate attention, contact the home office at 1-800-837-7833 during normal
business hours. If the office is closed, please contact 1-866-223-4371.
To report a claim, the Name,
Address and Policy Number (if
known) of Badger
Mutual's policyholder will be required. A claims representative
will contact you on the next business day.
