To make a payment, you will be prompted to enter your Policy Number, (without the dash) and the Zip Code as it appears on your billing statement. Please include any leading zeros, and any letters would be capitalized. Please note if your policy information does not appear, you cannot use this service. You would need to contact your Badger Mutual Agent.

Report a Claim
If this matter involves a fire, serious injury or requires
immediate attention, contact the home office at 1-800-837-7833 during normal
business hours. If the office is closed, please contact 1-866-223-4371.
To report a claim, the Name,
Address and Policy Number (if
known) of Badger
Mutual's policyholder will be required. A claims representative
will contact you on the next business day.
