Brown Deer Women's Amateur GOLF TOURNAMENT

On Aug. 4-5, 2008, Badger Mutual sponsored the Brown Deer Women's Amateur Golf Tournament for the 8^th year.  This event was once again held at the Brown Deer Golf Course.  The Brown Deer Women's Amateur is the largest of its kind in our area to offer amateur women golfers the chance to compete in a tournament.  Net proceeds from this year's tournament will be donated to:

• My Home Your Home" (Lissy's Place)
  Transitional housing for young women making the journey from foster care to independent living and

• Sojourner Truth House - Belle Transitions
  A supportive services program that provides case management for up to one year for women throughout the greater Milwaukee area who are homeless due to domestic violence.
